Nikon D820 Announcement to Happen on July 25th

350The Nikon D820, the much vaunted replacement for the existing Nikon D810, is rumored to be announced on July 25th. Incidentally the Nikon D820 announcement day is also the day when Nikon completes 100th year of its existence. In fact just a few days back we had informed you about the announcement of the camera by the end of July.

This news is still not confirmed, but if sources are to be believed then it is almost certain that the camera would be announced on that day. The Nikon D820 (could also be called Nikon D850) is rumored to be the following specs:

  • The camera will be called D820
  • 45-46 MP sensor
  • Improved low and high ISO
  • New and improved version of SnapBridge
  • No built-in GPS
  • Tiltable LCD screen
  • Memory card slots: one SD and one XQD
  • AF system from the Nikon D5
